Suvital Retreats are a relatively new, yet very comprehensive program which employs a combination of powerful and effective techniques; that when combined are unique to Suvital. Suvital Retreats has a holistic base, and the use of these different kinds of powerful ancient healing techniques help balance your mind, body and spirit and renew your whole well-being. This keeps your energy flow, or KI, in balance and your energy can be channeled and flow in the right direction. Balance is the keyword, and we strive to keep your life in balance, emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually. When you are balanced, your “whole" self works in conjunction with all the other elements. Keeping this delicate balance is up to you! To maintain your harmony and balance, we provide you with the tools through our Suvital program. Take control of your life with a new experience of illumination!


How to start?

When you make the decision to start your Suvital Retreat you begin the process of changing your lifestyle. First you need to look at where you are directing your energy. The energy that you use negatively can be equally used to maintain good habits. Energy is either positive or negative, it is just the way you focus it.
 
If you replace unhealthy habits or patterns with good habits and patterns you support our treatments and it will improve your success. As we know “it’s all about balance”… In doing so, you need to be mindful of how you live your life, and most import how well you balance your daily life. For your spirit and mind you should make a short meditation every day. For your body have a daily gentle exercise routine and control what you eat and drink.  You will see a life change!

Spirit and Mind

Try to balance your spirit and mind with a daily short meditation or visualization exercise. This will benefit you as a whole person. It promotes physical relaxation, improves your concentration level, calms your spirit and increased your energy.

Nutrition

“You are what you eat” Your choice of food reflects your life values-you will probably eat with more awareness as these values change.

Avoid eating a lot of fat products, salt, sugar, meat caffeine and alcohol. Include in your meals plenty of colorful vegetables and fruits, fibers, and grains; such as brown rice, whole wheat bread. Substitute herbal teas for coffee. Soya, beans, lentils, avocados, nuts and seeds are substitutes for meat. And take your time eating a meal.

Body

A healthy body is less susceptible to stress and negative energies. Exercise promotes the feel-good factor by stimulating your body. A gentle exercise routine will not only improve your cardiovascular system, it also makes you feel better. Try a gentle walk or swim, or a few yoga exercises and make it a regular part of your week if is possible.
